That's a lot of spicy food.
yeah, i'm all about the spicy food. though tonight there's no spicy on the menu. here's what i'm making (with the laptop in the kitchen to guide me through the soup recipe):

chilled cucumber avocado soup
thin linguini with pesto
salad w/ champagne vinegar & dijon dressing

all served with a white wine we bought on our trip to the finger lakes.
I just finished making the soup. It's the exact color of a Shamrock Shake.
Cucumber, avocade, and pesto.
What did you expect?

How was it?
Delicious. The soup tasted like, uh, cucumber and avocado. No surprise there.

Here's the recipe:

how in god's name am i supposed to remember that far back?

better late than never...

Today(Friday): Avers Pizza (some cheeseless pesto variety, yum!)
Thursday: Some tortilla chips (I was tired, sue me)
Wednesday: Spaghetti and sauce
Tuesday: Tortilla chips and homemade yummy guacamole (that's right, tired)
Monday: Rice and bean sauce

So who can guess what nights I play ultimate frisbee?
